Yes — every listed itinerary is a starting point. Tell us your dates, group size, and interests, and we'll adjust the route, pace, and accommodation level to fit.
Park entry fees, a 4x4 safari vehicle with driver-guide, accommodation as listed, and meals during the trip are included. International flights and personal travel insurance are not.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Terms tighten closer to departure — full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Mikumi's open floodplain is known for elephant, lion, giraffe, zebra, and buffalo, with hippo pools and abundant birdlife along the Mkata River.
We cap our vehicles well below capacity so every guest gets a window seat — typically no more than 6 travelers per 4x4, and private vehicles are available on request.
Yes — walking sections and cultural excursions are always led by an experienced local guide, and routes are chosen for safety as well as scenery.

Neutral-colored lightweight clothing, a warm layer for early mornings, sun protection, binoculars, and a good camera. For treks, we send a detailed kit list once your route is confirmed.
No technical climbing skill is required for either mountain, but a reasonable fitness level and a positive mindset toward altitude go a long way. We recommend Mount Meru first if you're new to high-altitude trekking.

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total package cost confirms your dates and vehicle/guide reservation, with the remainder settled before your trip starts.
